In Mrs. S’s art class we made copper masks. In French, repoussé means to push and we had to push a lot. We used beads, string and more copper to make decorations. Before we decorated we put H2SO4 (sulfur) on the masks and when it was dry we used steel wool on the dry sulfur. After we did the steel wool we cut out the masks. We used a compass witch is a tool people use to make circle to poke the hole for the decorations and we poked the string through the hole and it was done!
